Delivery
We pride ourselves on exceptional products and customer service. We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible.
Delivery will be made to the address supplied during the check out process. So be sure to double check that you have entered the correct address particularly when buying for somebody else.
UK standard delivery via First Class Royal Mail for all single item orders. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery, however usually the goods will be with you within 3 to 5 days but we are not able to guarantee this sorry!
Multiple purchases will be dispatched using our courier partners Hermes and you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can check the progress on line.
Delivery to International destinations, Europe and the USA can be arranged but there will be an additional charge for this service. If you progress to the check out you will automatically be charged our standard £2.75 postage charge. At the time of packing your order we will call you to discuss what level of postage service you require and will then request an additional amount is paid (this being the difference between the £2.75 paid on line and the service price you select with us over the phone). This will mean that you have ultimate control as to how quickly your package gets to you subject to your budget.
