Returns and Refunds
Refunds are only valid if the stock is faulty or damaged on delivery. If the packaging was damaged and you suspect that it was the postal service that created the damage then please do keep this so that we can bring it to the attention of mail service partners.
We will happily exchange goods for other valid reasons, but want offer a refund unless the stock is damaged or faulty sorry!
You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel an order or exchange the product for other goods. This is best done on line. Use the contact us link on our home page.
We ask that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, using a "signed for" delivery method and obtain a proof of postage.
We will process all refunds directly to the payment debit or credit card within 28 days. This is the max length of time that the credit will show on your statement.
